According to the AGU 2018-2022 Strategic Plan, all activities at the university are carried out in an integrated and quality-oriented manner in a way that will support and nurture each other. In this direction, as the Construction and Technical Works Department, standard documents have been prepared for certain works in order to carry out the assigned duties in a quality manner.
With these standard documents, it is aimed to clearly define the areas where the personnel are defined, to eliminate unnecessary workload and to prevent the repetition of the same work, to ensure the works within the organization in a harmonious and coordinated manner.

In this section, there is a form where other units can write their requests such as malfunction and troubleshooting. Stakeholders will be able to apply to our Department using this form.

This document includes which internal and external stakeholders our Department should work with, our expectations from stakeholders from our unit, and our working principles.
